One of the best! This splitter, curving crack that starts off with some left-leaning finger section and just gets bigger from there. Bust the chicken wings out for the top.

This line entices you with 3 feet of perfect splitter hands until you gain a ledge and stare up at the jagged gaping maw of the overhung offwidth you are about to plunge into, or plunge out of. The first 20 feet after the ledge isn't that bad. After that, it gets wide and really irregular, one side sticks out farther than the other, one side is really jagged, and it slants weirdly in the back. It's a great one to grapple with. Hard.

Start either directly underneath the line and go up with hands over the bulge to the ledge. Or start high and right and do some face traverse to gain the ledge. Then start up with fingers with the help of a right arete until it peters out. Go up a pod section with hands and then some more rattly fingers until the chains.

I have no idea what this climb is called, but if you know the name of it, let me know. Work your way up the dihedral with some feet to a stance below a steep section of crack looming above you. Fire out some burly moves in the overhanging tips crack to a jug. There are new shiny bolts up top.

Note that the bottom of this route is a little loose. I have climbed this route a few times and one time a ledge for a foothold near the bottom broke. Another time we trundled a huge block off of the top of the route that was marked with chalk Xs. Anyways it would probably be a good idea for the belayer to have a helmet. This route is short but very powerful. Definitely a finger-size dependent crack.

.  Start on the same ledge as

Four Wheel Low

and climb up a casual crack to a small ledge.  A few feet and a good hand jam lead to the steep fingers corner (#2 Metolius).  Layback up and around the small roof above and gun it for a foot hold and decent jam.  From here, easier, but still pumpy climbing leads to the anchors.

This is a pretty good route right now, but with some traffic, it should clean up quite nicely and become a great pitch (the feet are quite dirty).

. Start by a huge carving of "TH" with a date below. Start up the handcrack to a ledge. Watch out for loose rocks on the ledge. Jam or lieback up the crack to the anchors.

This is a good route on great rock that offers varied climbing. Start with tight hands through a small bulge to gain the awkward dihedral and move out past the wide, small roof.

This is a nice little warmup or beginner lead for the area.  It starts off with a 15 foot splitter dihedral hand crack that is just slightly off vertical, then transitions to a wide-hands low angle ramp to the chains.  Only a couple of 'real' jams are required down low, as there are soon opportunities to lieback or use features on the right side of the dihedral.

This is a fun and varied line. Tackle a small roof using a combination of handholds around a broken finger crack and sandy but decent feet. Depending on your strengths/weaknesses, getting established in the crack above may be the crux. Work up until you can jam a fist and pull up into the wide crack. Use fist jams and offwidth techniques to work up the less than vertical crack to the anchor. This may be the crux if you lack offwidth skills.

Start with some face climbing on decent rock to gain the crack. Easy hand jams lead to a wider section before toping out on the flake.

This is a classic, left-facing corner that would be a sought-after classic even at the Battle of the Bulge Wall where classic corners abound.  Begin with some mostly-solid Chinle and stem, crimp, and reach until you can grasp a nice horizontal and establish yourself in the corner on the Windgate.  Place a couple cams and start liebacking, which is followed by more liebacking, and then more liebacking up the slightly overhanging corner until a great foothold and hand jam appear.  From here, it is straight in jamming or more liebacking up what is now a #1 Camalot crack.  The anchors, which are now two bolts and chains, are just above on a ledge.  The massive amounts of brightly colored fixed tat has been removed.

Although this is Escalante where this route was, without a doubt, led on hexes originally (before they made the even numbered sizes, of course) and topped on the crumbling, blank, overhanging wall (without chalk and before those dang new-fangled sport climbing shoes), most climbers now will take a few of every size from #0.4 Camalots to #2s and lower safely to the ground with a 60m rope.

This is a short route up the right side of The Finger; it is OW to fists.

Interesting Chinle leads to yarding on three precariously jammed (but solid) blocks to enter a corner. There is good rock for 30-40 feet before a rest at where the crack widens. From here, make some sandy, awkward moves to the anchors.

Start below the dihedral. Either climb the corner up or climb up the face to the right on jugs to a good stance to get into the dihedral.  Place about a #0.5 BD cam size piece in the crack, finger lock and throw up to a jug on the face to mantel onto the ledge. I thought this was the crux.

Climb easier rock to the rest of the dihedral. Finger locks or liebacking with a few hand jam pods get you to a large ledge with a 2 bolt anchor and some slings.

Start off on some poor rock to gain a ledge and climb the cleaner, wide dihedral.
